LG Optimus Vu Review | Z Tech Reviews

LG announced the new Optimus Vu, a smartphone with a 5 inch IPS display. This device  offers a unique combination of a tablet and a smartphone, coming equipped with a powerful dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 32GB of internal memory and a decent sized battery providing a long battery life.

It’s large display with 4:3 aspect ratio display makes viewing documents, surfing the Internet and using applications much easier and extremely comfortable. Thanks to the In-plane switching (IPS), more natural colors are available for high performance even in bright sunlight.

Coming in at 8.5 mm,  the LG Optimus Vu is one of the thinnest 4G LTE phones available, perfectly equipped for every hand and fits easily into a pocket.

Despite the large battery, LG Vu adopts specific technology to seem thinner than it actually is.

The smartphone comes with HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) and DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), and a memory of 32 GB and 8 megapixel camera.

Although  initially it will be available with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an update to Andorid 4.0 ICEA Cream Sandwich is already in progress and expected around the release of the phone.
Optimus LG Vu will be available starting in March.
